About us

This website is operated by Momo Bazaar, a restaurant business based in Ontario, Canada, with branches in Scarborough, Oshawa and Windsor. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders

• All orders are for in-person pickup at the branch you select.
• An order is only confirmed once payment is received and the branch accepts it.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the branch is at capacity, or we suspect fraud — any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Pricing, currency and taxes

• All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
• Applicable taxes (HST) are added at checkout where required by law.
• We may update prices and menu items at any time without notice.

Payment

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you authorise the charge for the displayed total in CAD.

Refunds & cancellations

Refunds, returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Pickup terms are described in our Pickup Policy.

Allergens & food safety

Our kitchens handle wheat, soy, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, eggs and shellfish. Cross-contact is possible. If you have an allergy, please tell the branch when ordering — we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
